A leading global healthcare company partnered with Netlight within the full journey of enabling the adoption, integration and evolution of AI technologies across all lines of business.

To achieve a self-sustaining and growing AI powerhouse, Netlight collaborated with the client to establish an AI team within the AI CoE that could create comprehensive blueprints to streamline and accelerate the deployment process for AI applications. This included creating best practices for cloud deployment guidelines, actively recruiting AI and cloud engineers to grow the team, coaching the AI and analytics teams in agile ways of working and product thinking. This led to faster set-up of Proof of Concepts (PoC) and reduced time to production, and laid the foundation to win the must-win AI battles.

Notable completed initiatives thus far are GenAI agents for easy analysis of clinical trials, automated health authority Q&A to speed up time-to-market, and the creation of a centralised data model with a focus on quality to enable rapid and secure end-user adoption.

To support this transformation, we created a new data and technology strategy and an implementation roadmap together with the client. By providing strategic leadership and building a dedicated engineering team from the ground up, Netlight laid the foundation for a seamless organisational transformation and implemented core platform systems for access management and data governance in close collaboration.

Recognising the potential of Machine Learning to enhance risk assessment, they struggled with inconsistent training and high maintenance costs for their models. The client commissioned Netlight to help build a unified, scalable system for efficiently training and deploying Natural Language (NL) models. Together, we designed and produced a sustainable solution leveraging architectural and MLOps best practices to ensure fast, reliable delivery and easy updates to meet evolving goals.

Partnering with Netlight dramatically accelerated the creation of PoCs and the launch of ML-powered products. The unified system significantly reduced operational complexity and redundancy, resulting in significant improvements in KPIs such as model training time, deployment efficiency, and maintenance costs. The client is now able to automatically evaluate risks from extensive natural language data and optimise policy selection and pricing with unprecedented speed, securing a powerful competitive edge in the reinsurance domain.

A leading provider of climate solutions for mission-critical processes joined forces with Netlight to kickstart their digital transformation journey for their manufacturing operations. Struggling to leverage production line data for informed decision-making, they needed a robust solution to drive this transformation in their factories.

We worked hand-in-hand with the client to build a solution that would enable them to accurately analyse factory data through a web-based dashboard platform, enhancing collaboration between the digital team and factory personnel. Additionally, by creating a digital twin of the production line, we automated and refined processes, significantly boosting efficiency and data integrity. Replacing legacy systems with scalable digital solutions drastically reduced production line downtime, leading to promising improvements in operational performance and decision-making capabilities.
